By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of Pikamore, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Age Requirement:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pikamore. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Pikamore immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Accurate Information:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated. Pikamore may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
Pikamore enables users to:
Browse restaurants and food menus
Place food orders
Make payments through integrated payment providers
Receive food deliveries or pickups
Pikamore does not prepare food. Restaurants are solely responsible for food quality, preparation, hygiene, and compliance with food safety laws.
Placing Orders:
By placing an order, you confirm that all order details (items, delivery address, contact details) are accurate. Pikamore is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by you.
Payments:
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors such as Paystack. Pikamore does not store your card details and is not responsible for payment processor errors.
Pricing & Availability:
Menu prices and availability are determined by restaurants and may change at any time. Pikamore is not liable for pricing errors or unavailable items.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolutions are governed by Pikamore’s Refund Policy. Eligibility may depend on order status, delivery confirmation, and restaurant policies.
Delivery may be provided by:
Third-party delivery partners, or
Restaurants themselves
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Pikamore is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, restaurant preparation time, or other factors beyond reasonable control.
You agree not to:
Use Pikamore for unlawful purposes
Abuse, harass, or threaten restaurant staff, delivery partners, or other users
Provide false information or place fraudulent orders
Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s security or functionality
Pikamore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You may submit reviews, ratings, comments, or feedback.
Content Rules:
You agree not to post content that is:
Offensive, abusive, or defamatory
False or misleading
Illegal or infringing on third-party rights
By posting content, you grant Pikamore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the platform.
All Pikamore trademarks, logos, app design, and content (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to Pikamore. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Pikamore may contain links or integrations with third-party services (restaurants, payment providers, delivery partners). Pikamore is not responsible for the content, services, or policies of third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikamore shall not be liable for:
Food quality, preparation, or hygiene issues
Delivery delays or failures
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Pikamore provides the platform “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pikamore, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your use of the platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
User Termination:
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
Pikamore Termination:
Pikamore may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or as required by law.
Pikamore may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or other appropriate means. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pikamore operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through arbitration or competent courts as permitted by law.
